This form is to request an estimate only, not a commitment from either party. Many prices change based on the body weight of a pet and the service/item desired. We are glad to provide some idea of approximate costs. Please remember that it may be impossible to know what services a pet may need until it is examined. We will discuss all of your treatment options during the exam if necessary. Prescription items cannot be dispensed due to federal law and without a valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship (basically an exam).
